Our Limited Warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, improper storage or care, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.

Examples of issues generally not covered include:

• Scratches, dents, or deformation caused by wear or impact
• Broken chains caused by pulling, snagging, or accidental damage
• Natural wear or fading of gold plating
• Damage caused by chemicals, water exposure, improper cleaning, or storage
• Loss of jewelry or individual components
• Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by a third party
• Natural variations in color, pattern, inclusions, or appearance of gemstones
