Our registered business address is not a return address. Customers must contact our Customer Care team before returning any products.

However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances, and the characteristics of individual gemstones.
Natural gemstones may contain variations in color, pattern, inclusions, and internal structure. These characteristics are part of their natural appearance and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Certain products, including personalized, engraved, or specifically designated final-sale items, may be subject to return restrictions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For eligible U.S. returns, approved items may be sent to our designated U.S. return facility in accordance with the instructions provided by our Customer Care team.
Customers must contact us before sending a return. Our Hong Kong registered business address and the original shipping address are not designated return addresses.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Eligible customers may return qualifying items and place a new order.

9. Customized and Made-to-Order Jewelry
Certain Gem’s Beauty products may be personalized, engraved, customized, or produced to order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected specifications, including ring size, gemstone type, metal finish, engraving details, and other customization options, before submitting an order.
Once production has begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
Where clearly disclosed before purchase, customized or made-to-order products may be excluded from standard change-of-mind returns.
These restrictions do not limit statutory remedies for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed products.
10. Jewelry Care and Product Use
Jewelry requires appropriate care to preserve its appearance and condition.
Customers should follow the care guidance provided on our website and any product-specific instructions.
Sterling silver, gold-plated finishes, gemstones, and jewelry settings may react differently to moisture, chemicals, friction, impact, and normal wear.
Ordinary wear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper handling may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

11. Warranty
Eligible Gem’s Beauty jewelry is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in our Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage may include qualifying manufacturing defects but does not automatically cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
