Returned pieces cannot be resold directly and require full disassembly for material recycling. For all eligible non-defective returns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 10% handcrafting fee (based on the original item price) and original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining balance will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note for defective or incorrect orders<\/strong>: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
